Unfortunately
our Aberdeen
office is not accessible to
wheelchair users. We are of course very happy to arrange home visits on
most occasions and are always available on the telephone or via e mail.
However there may be a situation when you would prefer to meet with us
away from your home. We are pleased to offer appointments with Tenants
First staff at Castlehill Housing
Association’s offices at
4 Carden Place
,
Aberdeen where there is wheelchair access.
If you would like to arrange such an appointment
please do not hesitate to call us on 01224 628400. If there is an occasion
where you need to discuss an issue with us away from your home without
making an appointment you can go directly to Castlehill’s office. Their
staff will arrange for someone from Tenants First to come to see you
there. Castlehill’s office is very close to Tenants First. However
please remember, as when calling to our own offices, that if you have not
made a prior appointment we cannot guarantee that the specific member of
staff you wish to see will be available. We hope you will find this
arrangement acceptable.
