Part of Tenants
Firsts vision is to provide, manage and maintain top quality affordable housing
to our members. Whilst the Co-operative is fully mutual and therefore totally
controlled by our tenant members, the delivery of the day to day service falls
to the staff team, under the direction of the Committee of Management and the
Tenant Management Boards.
The service is delivered via operational teams each with their own areas of
responsibilities working together with the Tenant Management Boards at a local
level to deliver the service to our clients satisfaction and more importantly,
their expectations.
