Tenants First is ten years old!
2010 marks the 10th birthday of Tenants First Housing Co-operative. To celebrate this anniversary the Co-operative is offering members funding towards events in their communities during the year.
If you are planning to hold a barbecue, party or other community event we can offer funding of £5 per household towards the costs of this. The event can be open to people who are not members of the Co-operative but our funding will only extend to those who are members.
To apply you will have to complete an application form. These can be obtained from either of our offices or can be downloaded from the link below. You will have to indicate the streets or area to be included in the event and the application must be signed by 3 Co-operative members. If your application is successful we will notify all members in the area to advise them that the event is taking place. The amount of funding you are awarded will be dependent on the number of members who attend your event. Full information for the scheme will be provided to all applicants. Decisions on applications will be made by the Customer Relations Sub Committee.
