Tenants First retains Investors in People Status
The co-operative was recently re-assessed by the Investors in People Specialist who “was satisfied beyond any doubt that Tenants First Housing Co-operative continues to meet the requirements of the Investors in People Standard”
Investors in People is an internationally recognised business improvement framework designed to address the needs and priorities of all organisations, irrespective of size or sector.

The assessment concluded that “People demonstrated a commitment to the ethos of a co-operative; a good understanding of the organisation’s objectives; strong team work and a culture of good communication and effective feedback”
