Architecture students visit Tenants First

A delegation of postgraduate architecture students from the Mackintosh School in Glasgow visited Tenants First on 23rd November 2009, for a day of discussion and site visits as part of our Knowledge Transfer Partnership.

As well as hearing about the work of the Co-operative, the delegation visited our “Super E” site at Kincorth and Donside Urban Village site. The students will contribute to the KTP project through their own studies, and we had healthy discussion on the subjects of zero-carbon, modern methods of construction and designing to affordability, led by Widya Sujana our KTP Associate.

Pictured here at the Kincorth School Lodge site with Sandy Murray, Widya and Masa Noguchi are GSA Masters students Haroula, Chahna, Arpit, Gauri, Mehul, Alok and Audrius.
