Member Satisfaction Survey 2009
Our 2009 Member Satisfaction Survey is being run on our behalf by Knowledge Partnership. Knowledge Partnership is a firm of independent researchers who specialise in conducting satisfaction surveys in the Scottish housing sector.
This is our first wide ranging member satisfaction survey for over three years, and we are keen that as many members as possible take part.
The survey questionnaire captures information about your satisfaction with the services you receive from us. We will use this feedback to improve the way we deliver our services to you. The information you provide will also help the Scottish Housing Regulator to drive up standards across all social landlords.
