Tenants First regain Investors in People Award
Tenants First has been successfully re-accredited as an “Investor in People”. Investors in People is the national standard for organisational development and good people management. The assessment involves looking at the way the organisation makes the best of its people and recognises their contribution towards improving the way the business performs.
To achieve this, people need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently.
