Inspection for Co-operative

Tenants First will be inspected this Spring by the Scottish Housing Regulator, formerly Communities Scotland. The inspection will look closely at all aspects of our work to see if we are well run and providing good quality services to our members and other service users.

Inspector Ian Kerr, who will lead the inspection, explained that “getting the views and experiences of members, whether their experience has been good or not, is key to helping us understand how good services really are.”

During the inspection team’s visit to our offices in late April/early May, they will meet with members and service users to get these views and experiences first hand.

If you would like to get involved in the inspection please contact Stella Paterson at our Aberdeen office on 01224 628400.

We are looking forward to being assessed against the high standards of the Regulator and will keep you up to date with how the inspection is progressing.

We expect the final report on the inspection to be published during the summer.

More information on the role of the Scottish Housing Regulator can be found at www.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk.
