Craigewan, Peterhead
Tenants First has purchased a site in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council directly adjacent to our award winning Roanheads development. We are currently undertaking consultation on the planning application proposals which we hope to submit before Christmas 2010.
Hunter Road, Arbroath
Discussion are ongoing with Angus Council around the use of land adjacent to our existing homes in Hunter Road and we hope to secure consent for around 20 additional homes.
Kirktonhill Place, Marykirk
We have submitted a planning application for 23 new homes in partnership with DBL Homes for a site acquired from Aberdeenshire Council in 2007. We are keen to ensure our development integrates well with this rural community and are planning to introduce a biomass heating system not only for the new homes but to service neighbouring properties. We will shortly undertake further consultation with local people on this important project.

In March 2007 we acquired sites from Aberdeenshire Council in the settlements of Macduff, Strichen and Portsoy. These are important development opportunities for the future programme in rural Aberdeenshire and work has commenced on preparing planning applications.
