Holland Street, Aberdeen
In December 2008 we received planning consent for 15 new homes at Holland Street. We are working in partnership with Inspire to provide supported accommodation for residents with varying needs. The design focuses on ensuring that the building is as adaptable, energy efficient and user-friendly as possible. There are several high-tech components purpose designed to promote independent living for the new members.
Work began onsite in May 2009 and was completed in October 2010.
