2011
Threadneedle Street, Peterhead
In partnership with the National Trust for Scotland these buildings have been restored to their eighteenth century appearance, to provide supported accomodation for adults in Peterhead.
Carnarvon Street, Glasgow
Refurbishment of part the building and the back garden area, in addition to kitchen and bathroom replacements.
2010
Holland Street, Aberdeen
In partnership with Inspire we have built 15 new homes in Aberdeen, providing supported accommodation for residents with varying needs. The design focuses on ensuring that the building is as adaptable, energy efficient and user-friendly as possible.
School Lodges, Aberdeen
On the site of 2 former Janitor Lodges adjacent to schools in Aberdeen, 4 new homes were built using an innovative Canadian construction system, focusing on air-tightness, enhanced thermal performance and whole house ventilation and heat recovery.
Old Mart, Aboyne
A development of 16 houses in the Aberdeenshire town of Aboyne that continue Tenants First’s drive for the highest standards of design and energy efficiency in housing.
2009
Leathan Fields, Portlethen
Part of a larger development our development of 17 new properties for rent is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
Rothienorman
In partnership with Scotia Homes a development of 14 houses,providing much needed affordable housing in Rothienorman, Aberdeenshire. These homes are pepper-potted within the wider private development.
Old Road, Balmedie
A development of 4 flats and 1 houses within Scotia's new 'The Village' development in the village of Balmedie on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
Cruickshank Court, Newburgh
The development of 4 flats and 3 houses looking over the Ythan estuary built on an important gap site in the centre of Newburgh village.
2008
Roanheads Village, Peterhead
The 52 home development development in the centre of Peterhead, planned around a homezone setting which encourages community interaction and control of vehicle traffic.
Broad Street Internet Cafe, Fraserburgh
Purpose built internet cafe, in collaboration with Fraserburgh Community Web and Aberdeenshire council.
2006
Murray Place, Portsoy
Award winning development of a mix of twenty family houses all with high insulation and energy-efficiency standards and designed for future adaptability.
Caledonia Court, Fraserburgh
A development off the High Street in Fraserburgh of twenty 1 bedroom sheltered apartments with warden service, common room and laundry facilities and six 2 bedroom houses.
2004
Ballater, Dutch Housing
Award winning development of five 3 bedroom houses using an innovative Dutch construction method for the first time in the UK.
