Old Road, Balmedie
Continuing our successful relationship with Scotia Homes, Tenants First has provided 5 new homes for affordable rent within Scotia's new 'The Village' development at Balmedie. Groundworks began in February 2008 and the properties were completed by June 2009. In this development we have two 1 bedroom and two 2 bedroom flats as well as a single 4 bedroom house.
