Property Management
The team consists of a Property Manager and two Property Management Officers and an Administrative Officer.
They are responsible for the delivery of the following areas of service provided:
Day to day repairs and maintenance of the Co-operative’s stock
Planned maintenance such as central heating servicing and painterwork
Major works such as kitchen renewals
Occupational Therapy adaptations to member’s houses
Landscape maintenance
Health and Safety
Life Cycle Costing surveys and future works planning for the Co-operative’s stock
Specification input into new build schemes
