Tenants First have built twenty 1 bedroom sheltered apartments
off the High Street in Fraserburgh.
The development is in a central area of
the town with amenities such as shops, banks, a post office, a GPs surgery,
Council offices, hairdressers and recreational facilities within easy reach.
Each apartment is built to a "secure
by design" standard. This will help offer a safe environment in which the
occupants can live. A fitted kitchen, bathroom, gas central heating and
double-glazing will come as standard.
The apartments are part of a complex
providing a common room and laundry facilities. It also benefits from our
own warden service and 24hr back up from the Community Alarm system.
Also on the rear of this site we have
built six 2 bedroom houses. This development at Fraserburgh
was competed April 2006.
