Below are some pictures of the construction of the new factory-made Dutch houses in Ballater.
The foundations are laid The walls arrive on site from the factory

The wall is then removed by crane from the lorry

The wall is then lowered into position

The wall is then positioned on to the foundation
The other walls are then lowered into place The other walls are then fixed top the foundations
The ground floor exterior is now in place The gable ends are then attached
The hinged roof panels are then fixed The roofs are then tiled
The exterior of the houses are then finished The properties near completion
