Property Management Team

They are responsible for the delivery of the following areas of service provided:

  • Day to day repairs and maintenance of the Co-operative’s stock
  • Planned maintenance, such as central heating servicing and painterwork
  • Major works, such as kitchen renewals
  • Occupational Therapy adaptations to member’s houses
  • Landscape maintenance
  • Common area cleaning
  • Health and Safety
  • Life Cycle Costing surveys and future works planning for the Co-operative’s stock
  • Specification input into new build schemes

Staff

The team consists of a Director of Property, 2 Property Management Officers (1 part time), a Property Management Officer/Administrator and an Administrative Officer.
