The
Quantity Surveyor was appointed in May 2006. Mathieson Partnership were
chosen.
The
Property Management and Development Sub-Committee viewed kitchen units
from several suppliers and choose
Moore
’s Kitchens as supplier.
Various
open days were held in the Sheddocksley area to allow Members to choose
the colours and design of their units.
Moore
’s then visited each of our Member’s home to design the kitchen to
meet their needs.
Following
a tender the contract was awarded to Richard Duthie & Sons, Peterhead.
Work
started in September 2006.

2007 further open days were held for the second phase of the contract

kitchens in the Balmedie and
Northfield
area were in the second year’s programme.
The
contract progressed well, and Members had very few complaints. The results
